David McKeown

David McKeown brings over 15 years of experience in economic and business analysis, project management, international development work, and banking experience to the firm.

David supports QRS in many of their financial management aspects, as well as providing project management support. Prior to joining QRS, David was an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, an international management and technology consulting firm. His focus was international development and economic and business analysis and his clients included USAID, The World Bank, NASA, Russian Aviation Authority, GSA, the US Army, and the US Air Force. Before joining Booz Allen, David was employed with Chase Manhattan Bank in Moscow as a consultant where he performed financial and valuation analysis and due diligence research for joint venture and privatization proposals. He also worked in concert with the bank's New York and London offices to coordinate local strategy.

David received a MBA in International Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a BS in Economics from the Appalachian State University.
