Laura Quinn Laura Quinn is a co-founding partner of QRS Newmedia, Inc. and currently serves as the managing partner. Under Laura’s leadership, QRS designed and assisted the DNC in implementing a $10 million technology renovation that included the development of new unified information & CRM technology platform – including website and bulk email infrastructure, new internet marketing strategies, development of a national voter file database, renovation of the telecommunications and IT infrastructure of the Democratic National Headquarters, and design and construction of new television and radio studios in the headquarters. QRS clients have included the Democratic Presidential campaigns in 1996, 2000 and 2004; a wide of range of progressive political campaigns, organizations and non-profits; and other corporate and academic institutions. In 2004, Laura and a small group of investors launched Copernicus Analytics, a data mining firm focused on providing improved donor and voter analytics for progressive political clients. Prior to these endeavors, Laura served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Vice President Gore, as Director of the Democratic Technology and Communications Committee for the Democratic Majority Leader in the U.S. Senate, and in a variety of senior Senate and campaign positions.
